1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as a Licensee Member under Book.1twh.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering and purchasing a Licensee Membership, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To join as a Licensee Member, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate registration information
- Have a valid email address and contact number
- Maintain an active PayPal account for payouts
3. Membership Levels & Profit Percentage
You may select from the following membership tiers:
- Gold Licensee Member – 80% profit
- Silver Licensee Member – 60% profit
- Basic Licensee Member – 40% profit
Profit refers to earnings calculated after deducting:
- Payment gateway fees
- Bank fees
- Platform fees
- Handling fees
- Exchange rate differences
- Any additional transactional charges
All earnings are computed from Sales Price – Tier Percentage – Applicable Fees.
4. Store Setup
- Store setup requires up to 7 working days after registration and payment.
- Your store URL will follow this format: yourname.1twh.com.
- Completion will be notified via email.
5. Use of Custom Domain
Licensees may request migration to a custom domain. Additional fees apply for:
- Domain purchase
- Hosting services
- Migration work

6. Payout Terms
- Payouts are made in USD via PayPal only.
- Minimum withdrawal threshold: USD $100.
- Cut-off date for earnings: End of each calendar month.
- Payout processing: 15th Second week of the following month.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you must create one at: https://www.paypal.com.
7. Licensee Responsibilities
As a Licensee Member, you are responsible for:
- Marketing and promoting your store
- Driving traffic and sales
- Ensuring your promotional methods are lawful and ethical
You may NOT:
- Misrepresent Book.1twh.com or its products
- Engage in illegal or misleading marketing
- Upload or distribute unapproved content
8. Intellectual Property
All digital products, content, and materials provided by Book.1twh.com remain the property of Book.1twh.com.
All online store hosting must be inhouse only. Licensees have non-exclusive rights to resell products through their assigned store only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify the files outside the licensed platform
- Resell products on third-party platforms without written approval
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraud
- Abuse of system
- Chargebacks
- Illegal activity
- Violating these Terms
Upon termination, you lose access to your store and all associated rights.
10. Refund Policy
All membership sales are final and non-refundable, as setup work begins immediately upon purchase.
11. Limitation of Liability
Book.1twh.com is not responsible for:
- Your marketing performance
- Your ability to generate sales
- Losses due to third-party fees (PayPal, banks, etc.)
- Technical issues caused by external platforms
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
